I. Introduction

The matter before the Court is Asiafila Company Ltd.’s Motion for Summary Judgment on World Flex’s Objection to Asiafila’s Notice of Transfer of Claim (he “Motion”). In the Motion, Asiafila Company Ltd. (“Asiafila”) contends that because it paid the unsecured claim held by World Flex Public Company, Ltd. (“World Flex”) against North American Rubber Thread Co.
