Appellant filed a motion under Rule 27.26 to vacate a life sentence for first degree robbery, entered upon a plea of guilty. The court appointed the public defender to represent him. The court reviewed the files, records and transcript of the hearing at which the plea was entered and overruled the motion without according appellant an evidentiary hearing.
