E. E. Robertson brought this suit in equity in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County against Henry B. Campbell, Ora Campbell, Estaline Campbell, Galperin Music Company, Farmers & Citizens State Bank, J. M. Hamrick, Gracie Davis and Jeane McCauley. The purpose of the suit was to enforce the lien of certain judgments obtained by the plaintiff against land alleged to be owned by Henry B. Campbell, although the record legal title stands in the name of Estaline Campbell, his mother.
