This proceeding in prohibition seeks to prevent the Honorable Jake Fisher, Judge of the. Circuit Court of Braxton County, and W. L. Armstrong, a special commissioner in chancery of that court, to whom the cause in question had been referred, from proceeding in, and exercising further jurisdiction as to, a certain judgment lien creditors’ suit pending in that court, styled J. E. Hall v. Elk Valley Lumber Company, L. French Herold and others, in so far as the suit affects the real estate of L. French Herold.
