Johnson President:

William Bock in 1874 filed his bill in the circuit court of Marion county to enforce the lien of a judgment against a tract of land owned by the defendant, John Bock. In the bill he alleged that there was a prior trust-lien on the property. John Bock answered the hill admitting the liens. On the 21st day of October, 1875, the court entered a decree fixing the priority of the liens and ordering commissioners to sell the land for the payment thereof.
