This is an appeal by the City of San Antonio, Texas, defendant in the trial court, from a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs Sandra Lynne Schneider, David Meyer and Rosemary Meyer, each of whom recovered damages caused when a fire truck owned by the City of San Antonio collided with an automobile owned by David Meyer. Trial was to a jury. Based on the jury’s answers to the questions submitted by the trial court, judgment was rendered that Sandra Lynne Schneider recover $100,000.00, that Rosemary Meyer recover $34,260.00 and that David Meyer…
