The defendant Zora Crim was charged in the county court of Lincoln county with the crime of possession of intoxicating liquor; a jury was waived; defendant was tried, convicted and sentenced by the court to serve thirty days in the county jail and to pay a fine of $50, from which judgment and sentence this appeal was taken.

The defendant assigns as error: (1) action of the court in refusing to suppress evidence obtained under an illegal search warrant based upon an insufficient affidavit; (2) action of the court in refusing to sustain defendant’s motion to suppress because the search warrant…
