Defendant, Shane Edward Johnson, appeals the judgment of conviction entered upon jury verdiets finding him guilty of first degree aggravated motor vehicle theft, see-ond degree motor vehicle theft, vehicular eluding, attempting to elude a peace officer, criminal impersonation, false reporting to au thorities, and misdemeanor theft by receiving. We affirm, but remand for correction of the mittimus.
