DECISION

ARROWOOD, Judge:

The accused was found guilty of larceny in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 921. The proof presented by the prosecution included a confession made by the accused to his supervisor without proper warning and a subsequent written confession to the security police. The prosecution contended there was no need for a warning as the confession to the supervisor was spontaneous.
