Plaintiff-appellant Westnau Land Corporation (“Westnau”) appeals from a judgment entered March 9, 1992 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Leonard D. Wexler, Judge, that denied Westnau’s motion for summary judgment and granted summary judgment in favor of cross-movant, defendant-appellee United States Small Business Administration (the “SBA”) dismissing Westnau’s action.
