The appeal is from the defendant’s conviction by a jury of six on a complaint charging him with threatening to kill some Woburn police officers. G. L. c. 275, §§ 2, 4. We could very well dismiss the appeal for lack of prosecution because none of the thirteen “issues” enumerated at the outset of the defendant’s brief has been argued within the meaning of Mass.R.A.P. 16(a)(4), as amended, 367 Mass. 921 (1975).
