Defendant-appellant George Olmstead was convicted by a jury along with code-fendants Herbert Raymond and Waltham Screw Company for conspiring to submit false claims to the United States Government and for submitting, or aiding or abetting the submission of, fraudulent claims in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 286, 287.
