This action originated in the Common Pleas Court of Ma-honing County, Ohio, wherein the relator, John Geletka, sought a peremptory writ of mandamus to compel the City of Campbell, and its Building Inspector, the officer authorized to issue building permits, to issue to him a permit for the construction of a one floor store building on premises owned by him at the corner of Oxford and Robinson Streets in Campbell.
