This cause is before us on leave to appeal granted for the purpose of reviewing a judgment of the Appellate Court for the Second District. A motion to dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction was taken with the case.

The original trial was in the circuit court of Du Page county, wherein Joseph Antosz, Josephine Antosz, Jean LuBurda and Josephine Pacana joined as plaintiffs in a tort action against Goss Motors, Inc., a corporation, and Carl L.
