The appellee Elbert W. Shirk has entered a motion to dismiss the appeal, so far as he is concerned, on the ground that the amount involved is less than $1000 and the judgment of the Appellate Court is final.
The bill in this case was brought against two defendants— Becker and Shirk. The facts set out in the bill, briefly stated, are, that Farwell & Co., Becker, Shirk’s firm (Sherer, Shirk & Co.) and Eisen & Co. were creditors of Olquist Bros., a firm doing business at Montieello .and Center Point, Iowa.
