OPINION & ORDER
DENISE COTE, District Judge.
The plaintiffs and defendants have made cross motions for summary judgment in this action brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. The plaintiffs are Garage Managers employed by Garage Management Corp. (“GMC”) or related corporate entities. The plaintiffs seek principally to establish the correct method for calculating their overtime pay and the payment of overtime wages for the period before mid-*334April 2010.1 For the following reasons, the plaintiffs’ motion is granted in part and the defendants’ motion is denied.
