On March 1, 2010, the Petitioner, Attorney Grievance Commission, acting through Bar Counsel, brought a Petition for Disciplinary or Remedial Action (“Petition”) against the Respondent, attorney Andre Levell Brady. The petition concerned Respondent’s conduct related to the representation of a client, Sylvia Robinson-Green, in a civil matter.
