Appellees brought this suit against appellant to recover damages to four carloads of horses, shipped from Silver City, N. M., to Live Oats, Fla., via El Paso, Tex., and New Orleans, La. The shipment moved from Silver City to El Paso over the line of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fé Railway Company; thence to New Orleans over the line of appellant; thence over the Seaboard Air Line to Live Oaks.
