MEMORANDUM
EDGAR, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff Linda Lynette Richardson brings the present action against defendants CVS Corporation, d/b/a CVS Pharmacy, Inc. (“CVS”), and Michael Seesholtz. Richardson alleges that defendants violated her rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2615, and terminated her employment in retaliation for her assertion of FMLA rights. She also claims that CVS is liable for discrimination on the basis of plaintiffs race, sex, and age in violation of the Tennessee Human Rights Act (“THRA”), Tenn.Code Ann. §§ 4-21-101 - 903.
