MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case is before the court after trial on defendant’s petition for costs of review pursuant to the anti-fraud provision of the Contract Disputes Act of 1978 (“CDA”), 41 U.S.C. § 7103(c)(2) (Supp. IV 2011). In an opinion dated July 6, 2012, this court held, in part, that plaintiff violated the anti-fraud provision of the CDA. Defendant now seeks a judgment of $357,256.08 under § 7103(c)(2) for its costs attributable to reviewing the unsupported parts of plaintiffs claim.
