Gregory C. Fisher was convicted of unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of ephedrine with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container for the production of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of paraphernalia for use in the manufacture of methamphetamine. In State v. Fisher, No. 89,300, unpublished opinion filed February 11, 2005, a split Court of Appeals affirmed Fisher’s convictions but remanded for resentencing in accordance with State v.…
