I.JURISDICTION

This court has jurisdiction over this bankruptcy case. 28 U.S.C. § 1334. This bankruptcy case and all related proceedings have been referred to this bankruptcy court for decision. 28 U.S.C. § 157(a) and L.R. 83.2(a) (W.D.Mieh.). This adversary proceeding is to determine the discharge-ability of a debt and is therefore a core proceeding. 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I). This opinion constitutes the court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law required to be made after the conclusion of the Plaintiffs proofs.…
