I. INTRODUCTION and JURISDICTION.
This adversary proceeding arises from allegations that George Wigger embezzled or converted funds from his father, Kevin Wigger, acting pursuant to a durable power of attorney while Kevin was incarcerated.1 Kevin sued George in the Muskegon County Circuit Court and obtained a $64,812.52 judgment against George for statutory conversion.
