— Petitioner John Sonneland, M.D., seeks review of a decision by the Court of Appeals, Division Three, which reversed an order of summary judgment by the Spokane County Superior Court in his favor in an action by Respondent Suzan Berger for medical malpractice based *94upon his unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.1 We granted review. We reverse.
