THIS MATTER comes before the court on a motion by defendants Seafirst Corporation and Seattle-First National Bank to dismiss Counts Five, Ten and Twelve of plaintiff’s amended complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim on which relief can be granted.
