HAMBLEN, Chief Justice.

This appeal- is from an order overruling a plea of privilege. Appellee instituted the suit in the District Court of Brazoria County to recover damages for personal injuries which he alleges were received at an oil well location in that county when a piece of pipe which had been rolled toward him on skids by appellant’s employee struck him on his left foot and leg.'
