Villanova University (Employer) petitions for review from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting the fatal claim petition filed by Julia Mantle (Claimant) who maintained that the death of her husband, Jason Car-delli (Deceased) resulted from activities at work. The Board also affirmed the WCJ’s decision denying Claimant’s penalty petition and directing Employer to reimburse a third party medical insurer. We affirm.
