MEMORANDUM

LEGG, District Judge.

This Court must decide certain timing issues regarding filing for collateral relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1997) (“ § 2255” or “2255 motion”). After a jury trial, petitioner Charles Dorsey stood convicted of: (i) conspiracy to distribute cocaine and cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841; and (ii) distribution of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
