KELLY, Judge.

Cleveland Griffin, Jr., the Movant-appel-lant (hereinafter referred to as the “appellant”) brings this appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis denying his motion to vacate sentences imposed on him after he entered pleas of guilty to two charges of Statutory Rape on December 6, 1971, and was sentenced to a term of six years on each charge in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections, each to be served concurrently with the other by the same judge who denied the motion from which he has appealed. Rule 27.26 V.A.M.R.
