MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER

On March 13, 1980, federal, state and local law enforcement officials executed a *492warrant-authorized search of the home and business of plaintiffs John and Grace Burks. Nearly three years later on March 11, 1983, plaintiffs commenced the instant civil action for money damages against a host of defendants for an alleged deprivation of their Constitutional rights. Thus, plaintiffs’ action was timely by two days. See Pauk v. Board of Trustees of City Univ. of New York, 654 F.2d 856 (2d Cir.1981).
