BROWN, Justice.
The Holsts initially brought this action against the Guynns seeking refund of the earnest money paid by Holsts to Guynns to purchase a home after the Holsts were unable to obtain financing. The Guynns filed a counterclaim seeking damages for breach of contract. The trial court found generally for the Guynns. The Holsts bring this appeal alleging error in the trial court’s refusal to grant them the return of the earnest money.
