OPINION

WADE, Judge.

The defendant, William Brian Belser, was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to a Range I, twenty-five (25) year term in the Department of Correction. See Tenn.Code Ann. §§ 39-13-210 and 40-35-112(a)(1).
