MEMORANDUM & ORDER

GARAUFIS, District Judge.

In this putative class action, Rosalyn Dewees (“Plaintiff’ or “Dewees”) alleges that Legal Servicing, LLC (“Defendant” or “LSL”) violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692. Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that Defendant violated 15 U.S.C. § 1692e(5), 15 U.S.C. § 1692e(10) and 15 U.S.C. § 1692g(a)(2) when it sent a debt collection letter to Plaintiff on August 20, 2004. At this time, the court considers Defendant’s motion to dismiss under Rule 12(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. For the reasons set forth…
