MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
VAN BEBBER, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on plaintiffs motion for preliminary injunction (Doe. 3) and plaintiffs motion for civil contempt (Doc. 71). Defendants oppose both motions. Both motions are denied.
This action involves a dispute arising out of a business relationship gone sour. In its complaint, plaintiff asserts the following claims: breaeh of contract, unjust enrichment, tortious interference with contract, tortious interference with business relationship and expectancy, and libel.
