REAVLEY, Circuit Judge:
A.R.A. Services, Inc. (“ARA”) appeals the district court’s award of attorneys’ fees and costs for two phases of this antitrust litigation. We affirm.

Joseph Sciambra, d/b/a Periodical Marketing and Consulting Company (hereinafter “Sciambra”), distributed books and periodicals in retail outlets in the New Orleans area. Sciambra obtained his supply from ARA, which was both a wholesaler and competing distributor of books and periodicals.
