On petition for review, we examine the Court of Appeals’ decision reversing Dennis W. Thompson’s conviction for possession of lithium metal with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance and vacating his sentences for manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of pseudoephedrine with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
