DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Appellant, Wayne Allen, appeals the judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. On December 17, 2004, appellant appeared in court with counsel and entered pleas of guilty to one count of burglary, a violation of R.C.2911.12(A)(1) and a felony of the second degree, and one count of aggravated burglary, a violation of R.C. 2911.11(A)(1) and a felony of the first degree.
