THIS IS a Chapter 11 case and the matter under consideration is an Objection To Claim Of Edward Genevish (Genevish), a creditor who seeks to recover workers’ compensation benefits under Chapter 440 of the Florida Statutes from his employer, George Hunt,- Inc., the Debtor in the above-styled proceeding.
