The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called the defendant, was charged by information in the county court of Jackson county, Okl:a., on the 21st day of March, 1925, “with the possession of four gallons and one pint of corn whisky, with the unlawful intent to sell, barter, and furnish the same contrary to the form of the statute in such cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the state.”
