In this action plaintiff seeks to recover $22,000, together with costs and interest, from the two defendant insurance carriers uhder provisions of their respective automobile liability insurance policies in effect on November 22, 1967, when plaintiff’s decedent was fatally injured in an automobile accident involving an uninsured motorist. In an action in the Court of Common Pleas of Kanawha County, West Vriginia, plaintiff recovered a $30,000 judgment against the uninsured motorist on October 21, 1970.
