GRAHAM, District Judge.
THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, filed October 14,1996.
BACKGROUND
On December 18, 1995, the Plaintiff, Augustine Paldano (“Paldano”) filed the instant action against his employer Althin Medical, Inc. (“Althin Medical”), a manufacturer of kidney dialysis equipment, for alleged violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, § 760.01, Fla.Stat.
