This appeal on questions of law, by the Security Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, challenges the propriety of the judgment of the trial court, wherein ir determined that the mechanics’ liens of the Botzum Bros. Company, The Brown Lumber Company, and The J. P. Loomis Concrete & Supply Company, on the property of Orval D. Sebastian and Patricia A.
