Reversing.

Between its side track and a street in the city of Covington, appellant and defendant below, Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company, owns a lot upon which at the time of the injuries herein complained of it maintained a crane constructed on a platform which it and its patrons used for the purpose of loading and unloading upon or from its cars heavy articles of freight.
