Lyonel Jones (“Jones”) is the Director of the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland (“Legal Aid”) and that relator Ramie Ann Reisman is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio who is employed in Legal Aid’s Criminal Division and assigned to represent indigent persons in criminal proceedings in the Cleveland Municipal Court.
