Currently before the court are the consolidated cases of Susquehanna Corporation et al. v. Korholz et al. (formerly entitled Dasho et al. v. Susquehanna Corporation et al.), 65 C 1757 and Susquehanna Corporation v. Thomson et al. (previously captioned Berman et al. v. Thomson et al.), 65 C 2051, and two related matters, Korholz v. Susquehanna Corporation, 78 C 2091 and Thomson et al. v. Susquehanna Corporation, 78 C 2568.
