ORDER APPROVING CLASS SETTLEMENT
REAGAN, District Judge.
This class action arises out of the payment crediting practices for First USA Bank, N.A. (“FUSA”) credit cards for payments received by U.S. mail that were processed by a third-party vendor retained by FUSA. The class action relates to the payment crediting practices of that vendor’s Atlanta, Georgia, and Louisville, Kentucky, facilities. Plaintiff alleges that FUSA failed to credit payments promptly and, as a result, Plaintiff alleges that he and the Class were assessed improper late fees and other charges.
