Affirming.

On October 28,1904, the American Beneficial Association, of St. Louis, Mo., in consideration of the payment to it of $1.50 per month, payable on the fifteenth of each month, issued to Alvin TI. Holt, a certificate or policy which partakes of the nature of a life insurance policy, an accident policy, and a sick benefit policy, and also provides for old age benefits.
