Affirming.

The appellees (the widow and children of A. A. Duff, deceased) brought this suit to recover on a $2,000.00 insurance policy, in which they are the beneficiaries, which the Southern National Life Insurance Company issued upon the life of deceased on the 20th of September, 1912. After the policy was issued the appellant and 'defendant, Inter-Southern Life Insurance Company, purchased all of the assets and assumed all of the liabilities of the Southern National Life Insurance Company and agreed to carry out the terms of the policies which it had…
