Affirming.
This is au appeal from the judgment of the Fleming circuit court awarding the appellee, R. K. Hart, $2,500 on an insurance policy held by him in the appellant company. This suit was brought April 14,1910, in the Fleming circnit court by appellee against appellant to recover $2,500 on a policy of accident insurance which was issued by appellant to appellee on February 11,1904, and *26renewed each, year thereafter, the last renewal being-dated February 11, 1910.
