The appeal is from a judgment for plaintiff entered on a general verdict of a jury in her favor against the defendant in the sum of $528.73. The action was for damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff by reason of treatment to her hair by Thelma Daubenmeyer, an operator in a beauty, shop, known as Thelma’s Beauty Shop.
